In a chat with the Business Class team, the owner of Călărași Divin, Ildar HALITOV, talked about how the production is being transformed and what are the plans for the reconstruction and modernization of the factory.
Călărași Divin aims to revamp the machinery at the factory, thus modernizing the maximum automation of processes. To achieve this goal, the company’s management has invested over 1.7 million euros in the production sector of the plant. “As of today, the latest refrigeration equipment has been purchased and installed, the purpose of which is to treat the divine with cold – this helps to increase the durability of the beverage. A modern water purification system is also installed, a 20 thousand dal water purification mix, as well as other equipment”, Ildar HALITOV mentions.
Investments have also been made in the bottling area, where a major overhaul has been carried out and a new Italian Bertolaso line, which automates the rinsing and bottling processes, has been installed. The new line is capable of bottling 3000 bottles per hour. Likewise, a new machine for labeling divin and wine bottles has been purchased. In the near future, new modern equipment for automatic packing of products into boxes will be put into operation.
In the same vein, the owner of the Călărași Divin factory tells about the beginning of a new project: “In October 2021, the construction of a new grape processing hall, which will be based on the most modern standards, started. For the construction of the hall an investment of 2 million euros is planned.”
As Călărași Divin owns its own vineyards, investments will also be made in the company’s agricultural sector. Concrete posts will be replaced with metal ones made in Germany. Agricultural machinery will also be purchased: tractors, combine harvesters, agricultural equipment and implements, as well as vehicles for the transportation of employees to and from the vineyards.
