The pearl of the Călărași Divin brand is the divine Imperiul Călărași, 50 years old, launched in the fall of 2017. This masterpiece was presented at the international tasting competition Eurasia Wine&Spirits Competition 2018, which took place in Tbilisi, Georgia, from where it returned with the grand prize, obtaining 96.9 points out of 100.
Thanks to the respect of the classical technological process, the quality of the drinks remains impeccable. Călărași Divin cultivates its own vineyards, the 530 ha of white grapes lie in the Codrilor Moldovei area, a place endowed with unique climatic and soil conditions, favorable for obtaining pure ecological raw material. The quality of Călărași Divin production has been highly appreciated at various national and international competitions and tastings, obtaining over 50 trophies, gold and silver medals.
This year, the halls and bottling line were renovated and modernized, and the fleet of vehicles in both the agricultural and distribution sectors was renewed. Călărași Divin provides jobs for 250 people from rural areas, 100 of whom are in the viticulture sector.
In 2021, Călărași Divin won 9 medals at various prestigious international competitions, where they competed with top divins and cognacs from around the world. Among these medals is the “Master” medal, obtained by the divin Ștefan Vodă, Golden Collection, 25 years old, within the Luxury Masters 2021 competition.
For 2022, Călărași Divin aims to launch the first and only divin with IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) status in the Republic of Moldova. The Calarasi Divin team has been working on this performance since 2017.
